Sales Product Specialist – Healthcare Capital Equipment (Texas Region)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Product Specialist to join our Texas team, working directly with the Regional Manager to expand our presence in the region and strengthen relationships with healthcare facilities.
In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting our world-class patient lift systems across acute care environments. Your expertise and dedication will help us deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients, ultimately enhancing patient care and caregiver efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with acute care facilities to foster long-term partnerships
- Identify and understand customer needs to provide tailored lifting and moving solutions
- Expand Guldmann’s footprint within the Texas healthcare market by actively promoting our product offerings
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager to develop and execute sales strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals
- Provide ongoing support and training to customers on product features and benefits
- Gather market feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in healthcare sales, medical device sales, or related industry
- Strong understanding of healthcare environments, including acute and capital equipment procurement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the Texas region and beyond for other company needs/trade shows/meetings.
