• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans

• Provide hands-on therapy and resident support

• Teach exercises that improve mobility and strength

• Document progress and communicate with the care team

• Ensure a safe, supportive therapy environment

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program

• NJ PTA license (or eligibility)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to lift 35 lbs and assist with 2-person lifts (using hoyer lifts)

• Healthcare experience and IDD background preferred
