About This Position

Position Description:

The role of the Client Services Specialist is to provide world-class client services to our clients and employees by means of knowledge clusters performance working as a team as well as individually while exceeding expectations of current and prospective clients/employees of Trion Solutions.

Position Responsibilities: 100.00% - Responsibility #1-Client Services
1. First responder to client/worksite employee inquiries via phone, email, and Salesforce.
a. Manage case information through Salesforce software. Record case activity and close case as appropriate.
2. Assist client/worksite employee with onboarding and any technical issues they might experience.
3. Respond to request (s) from internal and external clients as deemed necessary.
4. Work effectively and efficiently across departments to identify and communicate resolution to client/worksite employees inquiries using technology and human interaction.
5. Provide ongoing proactive services and regular follow up to ensure positive Client rapport.

Responsibility #2-Administrative Support
1. Client/Employee Communications
a. Assist with Employee/Client termination notifications.
b. Distribute compliance communications as directed.
2. Run reports for clients as needed from Trion Human Resources Information Systems

Responsibility #3- Government Regulations
1. Follows all state and federal laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
2. Protects the company from liability and exposure.
3. Issue compliance communications as directed by Legal department.

Responsibility #4- Personal Development
1. Continue to learn and grow as a Human Resource professional company through continuous education.
2. Complete all mandatory training.
3. Share ideas that will help you and/or the company grow.
4. Additional job duties as assigned.

Performance Measurement: Accurate (no errors and/or complaints), timely (by deadline) and consistent with required duties.
Attendance
Alignment of personal and Company goals and objectives.
Follows all state and local laws. As well as company policies and procedures.
Completion of mandatory training.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - 2-4 years Human Resources/Work Comp/Client Service Experience preferred.
Experience in PEO (Professional Employer Organization) preferred
Highly ethical with the ability to understand and review state and federal law, as well as company policies and procedures.
Interact with others in a spirit of teamwork, tact and professionalism, understanding of sense of urgency and ability to prioritize, flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
High school graduate/equivalent with some college preferred.
Previous administrative support experience with a high concentration on client service preferred.
Prior HR experience with a focus on regulatory and compliance matters a plus.
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
General knowledge of Internet navigation and research, email, fax transmissions, phone communication, and copy equipment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent problem-solving skills, multitasking and flexibility.
Excellent communication skills, professionalism, focused, organized, and calm temperament.
