Job Description

Purpose:
  • Provide support for existing and new technical documentation to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure technical documentation systems are up to date.
Principal Responsibilities:
  • Uphold Givaudan’s Mission Statement, Quality Policy, Values, and Beliefs.

  • Product Support - Technical Documentation:

    • Upload and maintain technical documentation in various databases.
    • Complete customer questionnaires using the established regulatory projects database and current DDW information and documentation.
  • New and Updated Product Documentation:

    • Upload documentation for newly approved products.
    • Ensure updated product information is accurately uploaded.
  • Support Manufacturing and S&I:

    • Assist Global Quality and S&I in reviewing supplier documentation.
    • Follow up on documentation requests with raw material suppliers as needed.
  • Support Regulatory:

    • Assist in reviewing and uploading regulatory documentation.
  • Cross-Functional Support:

    • Provide support to other functions as needed.

Skill Requirements:
  • Education:

    • Degree in a Science or Business-related field desired.
    • Experience in an administrative role or a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in computer skills such as Word, Excel, and Web tools.
  • Personal Attributes:

    • Self-motivated and organized.
    • Ability to follow step-by-step instructions.
    • Hands-on approach with efficient time management.
    • Consistent and comfortable with repetitive work.
    • Ethical, detail-oriented, and accuracy-focused.

Physical Demands:
