Job Description
Stavros Is looking to fill the position of Team Leader in the Skills Trainers Department.
This is a Full Time 35 Hour per week Benefits Eligible position that will report to the Skills Trainers Supervisors.
Our PCM team serves our community of consumers within the Franklin Hampshire and Hampden counties and consists of Nurses, Skills Trainers and Member Services representatives. Our team of nurses conduct evaluations to identify the needs and goals of the consumers. Skills Trainers meet with consumers directly to identify services and supports to reach their needs and personal goals. Member Services representatives help guide consumers in decision making.
If you feel your leadership and teaching skills will help provide support to the Skills training department by mentoring and training new Skills Trainers and provide ongoing training support to all skills trainers, this job is for you. Under the direction of department supervisors, you will assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of necessary training and work processes. This position will continue as necessary to perform skills training functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Under direction of department supervisors will develop, implement training modules.
- Provide training to new hires for the position of skills trainer to accurately perform all duties including new consumer's intake and orientation, annual evaluations, surrogate placements and other issue focused trainings.
- Prepare and present group trainings for entire skills training team as needed.
- Evaluation and quality assurance follow up after training is provided to skills training staff ensuring consumers are receiving appropriate PCA services.
- Support Skills trainers and assist when issues arise related to PCA program training.
- Perform duties of Skills trainer as workloads require.
- Work on department projects under direction of supervision.
Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience in Skills training.
- Demonstrated knowledge of program policies and procedures for MassHealth Regulations
- Experience leading a team or providing trainings is desired.
- Requires travel to outside of office work site locations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Computer literacy, including Outlook and MS Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly establish rapport with other people.
