• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and drawings to determine project scope and cost estimates.
• Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to source options and negotiate pricing terms.
• Assess material, labor, and associated costs to provide accurate estimates.
• Stay informed and up to date about market pricing and industry trends.
• Assist in contract negotiations and evaluate change orders.
• Conduct face-to-face sales calls with both new and existing customers.

• Strong understanding of masonry products, methods, and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
