In this supporting role, you will work closely with our experienced Bath Installers, gaining hands-on experience and learning the ins and outs of the installation process. Responsibilities:

• Installation Support: Assist Bath Installers in performing high-quality installations of acrylic bath systems and solid surface materials.
• Material Preparation: Help prepare materials, tools, and workspaces for each project.
• Site Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization at the job site throughout and after the installation process.
• Customer Interaction: Support the lead installer in addressing customer concerns and providing a positive experience.
• Problem-Solving: Learn to identify and assist in resolving challenges that may arise during installations.
• Transportation of Materials: Ensure materials and tools are safely transported to and from the job site.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 year of experience in home remodeling is preferred.
• Reliability: A proven track record of dependability and punctuality.
• Eagerness to Learn: A strong desire to grow in the installation industry through hands-on training and experience.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to the main office is required.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from the lead installer and project managers.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs and working on your feet for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all tasks.
