The Contracting Associate works to secure and validate agent licenses, contracts and appointments. Responsible for gathering all necessary requirements to establish contractual relationships between agents and carriers.

Essential responsibilities and tasks of the Contracting Associate:

• Validating producer licenses
• Working with producers to complete carrier contracts
• Helping producers locate all AML and CE requirements needed for appointments
• Working with the carriers to complete appointments on a timely basis
• Documenting and communicating details of appointment once complete
• Responding to all requests for information from both Advisors and Carriers in a timely manner
• Additional duties as required

Successful Contracting Associate candidates will have:

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
• Proactive and professional communication skills
