• High school diploma or GED required

• Strong computer skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to read part prints and measure components using tools like calipers and micrometers

• Solid math skills for inventory tracking

• Willingness to obtain forklift certification (if not already held)

• Ability to work independently and support cross-shift training if needed

• Strong communication skills for working with both internal and external teams

• Availability for overtime and flexible shifts when required

• Maintain a clean, organized tool crib using 5S principles

• Receive, weigh, and store incoming tooling components in proper locations

• Track and issue stock through the computer system and maintain accurate records

• Restock returned items and support daily cycle counts and physical inventories

• Collaborate with Production Control on order tracking and inventory availability

• Safely move materials using tuggers, pull carts, and lifting equipment

• Support inventory accuracy through regular reporting and hands-on checks

• Complete other tasks as assigned by management
