• Onboard new team members and maintain driver compliance records
• Manage timecards, payroll deductions, and company policy communication
• Coordinate uniforms, office supplies, and branch needs
• Process purchase orders and support billing
• Keep contracts and customer records accurate and up to date
• Serve as the go-to for branch tech support and deadline tracking
• Contribute to internal meetings and keep operations running smoothly

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and Windows
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude
