This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior QA Analyst based in Brazil.
This role sits at the heart of ensuring product quality across complex digital solutions used by large-scale clients. You will be responsible for designing and executing robust test strategies that cover functional, integration, API, performance, and UI layers. Working closely with development teams in an agile and collaborative environment, you will help ensure every release is stable, reliable, and aligned with business expectations. The position involves analyzing requirements, identifying risks early, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA practices. You will also play a key role in documenting processes, supporting knowledge sharing, and strengthening quality standards across the team. This is a highly collaborative environment where learning, feedback, and innovation are part of the daily routine.
- Design and execute test scenarios across functional, integration, API, performance, and UI layers, ensuring end-to-end product quality across releases.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to identify risks, define test strategies, and ensure proper coverage of user flows and edge cases.
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, manuals, user stories, and quality reports to support knowledge sharing and traceability.
- Support development teams by identifying defects, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating on timely resolution during the software lifecycle.
- Define and maintain QA architecture, including test environments, devices, and test data management strategies.
- Contribute to automation initiatives, API testing, and adoption of QA best practices within agile ceremonies and delivery cycles.
The ideal candidate has a completed degree and solid experience in QA methodologies, agile environments, and structured test design. You should be comfortable working with relational and non-relational databases, writing Gherkin scenarios, and building comprehensive test cases that include main flows, alternatives, and exceptions. Strong knowledge of API testing, integration testing, and test automation tools is expected, along with the ability to work in dynamic agile teams.
- Experience with QA methodologies, test planning, and structured execution in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Hands-on experience with API testing, integration testing, and test automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to write Gherkin scenarios and design detailed test cases covering multiple user flows.
- Experience analyzing requirements and translating them into effective testing strategies.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to support developers in debugging and issue resolution.
- English and/or Spanish is considered a plus.
