We are a data-first healthcare technology company supporting the nation's largest pharmaceutical manufacturers, hospitals, health plans, and marketing agencies. Our proprietary data and advanced marketing solutions help organizations reach verified healthcare professionals with precision and performance. We are actively seeking new members of our team to work directly with clients, manage our technology offerings, and support the continued growth of HealthLink Dimensions. These roles offer meaningful opportunities that connect technology with purpose. Our culture is built on a spirit of innovation and curiosity, and we're guided by a clear set of values that shape how we work together.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a consultative and results-driven Sales Executive to lead sales efforts targeting Pharma, Biotech, Medical Device and Diagnostics companies, and Healthcare Marketing Agencies. The ideal candidate will be a master of deep discovery, uncovering critical HCP data and media waste pain points to build and manage a robust pipeline of new and existing accounts within the HCP landscape.

This quota-carrying role is central to our growth strategy, helping clients turn fragmented provider data into measurable activation through our Profile, Enrich, Engage, and Pulse solutions. Using a consultative approach, you will connect HealthLink’s data capabilities to client priorities, including stronger campaign performance, reduced media waste, and improved ROI.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential functions include but are not limited to the following:

· New Business Development: Promote HealthLink’s solutions, generate net-new opportunities, and manage the full sales process from prospecting through closing.

· Consultative Sales: Understand client needs related to HCP targeting, audience development, campaign execution, and performance measurement.

· Product Positioning: Clearly communicate the value of HealthLink’s data, identity, and engagement solutions to marketing, brand, media, and commercial stakeholders.

· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across marketing, media, and commercial teams.

· Market Awareness: Stay current on HCP engagement strategies, omnichannel marketing, AdTech, and evolving life sciences marketing practices.

· Internal Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, solution sales, and client success teams to align positioning, proposals, execution, and client success.

· Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Lead proposal development with the Solution Sales Architect, drive pricing discussions, and negotiate contracts to close new business.

· Strategic Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor by providing insights on HCP engagement, data accuracy, media efficiency, and campaign performance optimization.

BENEFITS:

· Competitive base salary with a generous commission structure

· Flexible work environment, including remote work options

· Career growth opportunities, including promotion from within whenever possible

· Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life benefits

· Employer contributions to Health Savings Accounts (HSA)

· 401(k) plan with company match

· Paid time off, including time off for philanthropic work

· Paid parental leave

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

· Experience: 7–10+ years of B2B sales experience in life sciences, AdTech, or healthcare data, with proven success building new accounts and pipeline.

· Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of life sciences, HCP engagement, DSPs, and programmatic media.

· Sales Acumen: Consistent quota achievement through outbound prospecting, account penetration, negotiation, objection handling, and closing.

· Prospecting Discipline: Proactive pipeline generation through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, events, and personal networks.

· Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to engage senior marketing and commercial stakeholders.

· Discovery and Solution Mapping: Skilled at identifying HCP data and media waste pain points and mapping solutions to ROI and measurement outcomes.

· Collaboration: Works well with marketing, product, and client success while owning pipeline creation and deal progression.

· Technology Proficiency: Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms to manage pipeline, activity, and outreach.

· Travel: Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, company meetings, conferences, and industry events.

SKILLS

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders.

· Self-starter with urgency, ownership, and accountability for pipeline growth.

· Resilient in managing rejection, long sales cycles, and persistent prospecting.

· Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate value, address objections, and advance deals.

· Proactive outbound approach across calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.

· Ability to prioritize high-impact work, manage opportunities, and maintain a healthy pipeline.
