Position Title: Groundskeeper for Apartment Community

Description
Groundskeeper Full-Time, Year-Round
Location:Forest Woods Apartments 101 Forest Parkway Valley Park, MO 63088
Pay:$17$18/hour (DOE) + bonuses
Were hiring a reliable Groundskeeper to keep our community clean, safe, and looking great year-round. This is a full-time position with steady hours, no seasonal layoffs, and strong benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Keepbreezeways and common areas cleanwith regular leaf blowing and debris removal
  • Completedaily trash pickupand maintain clean, accessible dumpster enclosures
  • Pick up dog wasteand restock pet waste stations
  • Assist withapartment trash-outsas needed
  • Trim bushes and keepsidewalks and walkways clear
  • Assist the office team withresident notice deliverywhen needed
  • On-Call snow removal as needed

  • $17$18/hour plusup to $750 quarterly bonuses
