This role is focused on driving strategic enterprise growth within the hospitality technology space by building and expanding high-value client relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping enterprise customers unlock revenue growth through data-driven, personalized guest engagement solutions. Working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing complex deals across multiple decision-makers. The role requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex technology offerings into clear business value. You will collaborate closely with sales engineering and internal teams to design tailored solutions that meet client objectives. This is a high-impact position for a consultative seller who thrives in enterprise-level SaaS environments and values precision, ownership, and measurable results.
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, including prospecting, relationship building, solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure
- Develop and execute a consultative, value-based sales approach to engage senior stakeholders across enterprise hospitality accounts
- Identify and grow new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships through upsell and cross-sell strategies
- Partner closely with sales engineering teams to deliver tailored demos, proposals, and solution designs aligned with client needs
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Translate client business challenges into clear value propositions tied to revenue growth and customer engagement outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, customer success, and long-term account growth
- 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, including at least 2+ years in enterprise-level sales
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong experience in enterprise account management, ideally within SaaS, hospitality tech, or analytics/data-driven platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions
- Strong understanding of value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, or Sandler)
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as Gong
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, highly collaborative, and target-driven environments
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions to customer objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
