This Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations role is responsible for overseeing supply chain strategy, planning, distribution, inventory management, supplier relationships, and operational performance while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. This position is ideal for an experienced supply chain leader who enjoys driving operational excellence, optimizing global supply chains, and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership for all supply chain operations activities
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support growth, quality, reliability, and operational excellence
• Oversee supply chain planning, inventory management, distribution, and logistics operations
• Partner with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to optimize performance and continuity of supply
• Ensure manufacturing constraints, production plans, and inventory levels align with business objectives
• Identify and mitigate operational risks while driving process improvements across the supply chain
• Lead and develop Supply Chain, Planning, and Distribution teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, engineering, and executive leadership teams
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to improve performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction
• Support strategic growth initiatives and organizational objectives across the business

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Finance, Healthcare, or related field required
• Minimum of 15 years of supply chain leadership experience within regulated manufacturing environments required
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Experience managing global supply chain operations, logistics, and supplier relationships preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and team development skills
• Experience driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple functions and stakeholders
• Experience within highly regulated manufacturing environments preferred
• Master's degree preferred

Salary: $180K-$240K+ base salary plus bonus
