A Bulk Department Manager’s role is to oversee and coordinate all activities in Lassen's Bulk Department, following guidance from the Store Manager and Regional Fresh Manager. The Bulk Department Manager ensures cleanliness and organizational standards are consistently met and exceeded within the department. This role also requires extensive knowledge of bulk natural foods, including grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, and other bulk items, as well as a basic understanding of nutritional supplements and natural products, such as vitamins, herbs, and health and beauty aids.
