• Prepare and support market submissions, including insurance specifications, claims records, and summary reports for placement activities.
• Analyze and compare quotations from insurers and reinsurance markets to help structure competitive and effective insurance solutions.
• Review insurance policies, risk programs, and coverage specifications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor documentation processes to guarantee smooth execution and continuity of placement operations.
• Liaise with underwriters and insurance partners to request policy amendments and ensure negotiated terms are correctly implemented.
• Maintain strong relationships with market participants while supporting negotiations and contributing technical insights to placement strategies.
• Apply market knowledge and technical expertise to support decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvements and risk optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Insurance, Law, or a related field.
• Previous experience in insurance, reinsurance, placement, or risk advisory environments.
• Solid understanding of insurance products, policy structures, coverage analysis, and risk management concepts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess, compare, and interpret market proposals and insurance solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different stakeholders.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is considered a strong advantage.
