Customer Service Representative (Onsite – Knoxville, TN) in Knoxville, Tennessee at Food Sales East LLC

Food Sales East (FSE) is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Knoxville, TN. This is a full-time onsite position based in our Knoxville office. In this role, you'll support our sales team, customers, and manufacturer partners by ensuring orders, samples, and administrative tasks are handled accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work while supporting a team-oriented environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Enter and maintain customer orders, pricing, and other information accurately and efficiently.
• Serve as a point of contact for sales associates, customers, and manufacturer partners by providing timely and professional support.
• Receive, organize, and distribute incoming sample cases and packages.
• Place sample orders and coordinate timely delivery of materials.
• Support client trade management activities.
• Collaborate with local management to maintain efficient daily office operations.
• Provide administrative support to help ensure smooth workflow across the office.
• Assist with special projects and other responsibilities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
• Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior customer service, administrative, sales support, or office experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs. or more.

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
• Onsite at our Knoxville, TN office.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
