As a Senior/Lead Talent Partner - Tech, you will own technical recruitment execution across key technology functions, partnering closely with leadership teams to build scalable hiring strategies. You will combine strong sourcing expertise, structured evaluation methods, and market insights to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Own full-cycle recruitment for Data, Machine Learning, Platform, Engineering, and selected leadership roles.
- Partner directly with technical and business leaders to define hiring plans, clarify role expectations, and execute recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain predictable talent pipelines across North America, Europe, and other relevant markets.
- Research, identify, engage, and assess high-quality passive candidates through targeted sourcing approaches.
- Conduct high-signal screening processes designed to identify candidates with strong potential for success.
- Design and maintain structured interview processes, scorecards, and calibration practices.
- Monitor hiring performance, improve conversion rates, and maintain quality throughout recruitment processes.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring landscapes.
- Improve recruiting workflows, templates, documentation, and operational playbooks.
- Support broader talent initiatives including interviewer training, quality-of-hire improvements, and recruitment process excellence.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is an experienced technical recruiter with a strong track record of delivering successful hiring outcomes in high-performance environments. You should combine hands-on recruiting expertise with strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to evaluate technical talent effectively.
- Proven experience in technical recruiting within a high-bar environment with measurable hiring success.
- Strong hands-on sourcing experience, including researching candidates, conducting outreach, interviewing, and closing talent.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and assess engineering, data, machine learning, and platform-related roles.
- Experience designing and managing structured recruitment processes that predict candidate success.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and hiring teams.
- Excellent execution discipline with the ability to manage priorities and consistently deliver results.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous challenges.
- Experience recruiting across international markets such as the United States, Latin America, or Europe is preferred.
- Experience managing executive or leadership-level searches is a plus.
- Exposure to Product and Design recruitment is beneficial.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting workflows and modern talent technologies is an advantage.
