- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience with Mark-Taylor preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of recent operational initiatives such as RiskRelease, EPO, Disabling Partial Pay, MT+, or similar company projects strongly preferred.
- Experience with ResMan and Union strongly preferred.
- Experience with Yardi and RealPage strongly preferred.
- CAPM certification preferred; certification required within one (1) year of assuming the role if not already obtained.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and independent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business software.
In this role, you will
- Serve as the long-term owner and subject matter expert for assigned operational programs following project implementation.
- Ensure a smooth transition from project implementation to ongoing operational support while maintaining project documentation and institutional knowledge.
- Monitor program health, performance metrics, user adoption, and operational effectiveness to ensure continued success.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements that increase efficiency and user adoption.
- Troubleshoot program-related issues and provide timely, effective resolutions.
- Coordinate and complete program setup, user access, and onboarding for newly acquired or newly opened communities.
- Develop, schedule, and facilitate ongoing training sessions for community teams and corporate partners to reinforce best practices.
- Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and operational documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for questions related to assigned programs.
- Partner with Operations, IT, Training, and other internal departments to support the continued success of implemented programs.
- Communicate program updates, enhancements, and operational changes to stakeholders.
- Escalate system issues or enhancement opportunities to the appropriate project owners or departments when necessary.
- Maintain ownership only after implementation has been completed.
- Support ongoing operations but do not lead new project implementations or enterprise-wide system rollouts.
- For new integrations associated with previously completed projects (such as Yardi or RealPage integrations), transition responsibility to the original Project Manager or designated implementation team.
