Accountabilities:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying opportunities, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping shape solutions aligned with customer and business needs. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, collaboration across teams, and the ability to transform insights into actionable plans.

  • Analyze and develop new business opportunities across different areas, including regulatory solutions, environmental services, and digital solutions.
  • Conduct market, customer, competitor, and regulatory research to identify opportunities, risks, and growth potential.
  • Support technical, economic, and strategic feasibility studies for new projects and solutions.
  • Gather business requirements and collaborate with technology teams to design customized solutions and Proofs of Concept (POCs).
  • Develop structured technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer challenges and strategic objectives.
  • Act as a point of contact between different teams, including Legal, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, ensuring alignment throughout project development and implementation.
  • Monitor, organize, and report performance indicators, project progress, and business initiative results.
  • Participate in customer interactions, negotiations, and consultative sales activities when required.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have experience in business analysis, consultative sales, pre-sales, or strategic marketing within technology environments. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Management, Technology, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2 to 4 years of professional experience in consultative sales, pre-sales, business analysis, or strategic marketing, preferably within the Information Technology and technology solutions sector.
  • Advanced knowledge of consultative sales techniques and CRM tools.
  • Intermediate knowledge of negotiation, prospecting, and customer qualification strategies.
  • Experience preparing business proposals, feasibility studies, and solution presentations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and business analysis practices.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to interpret market information.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, resilient, organized, and comfortable managing multiple simultaneous demands.
  • Availability for occasional travel.
  • Experience or knowledge in Environmental and Land Regularization processes is considered a plus.
