Responsibilities
· Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the Occupational Therapist
· Assist patients in developing or regaining physical or mental functioning
· Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
· Educate patients and their families on therapeutic activities and exercises
· Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
· Maintain accurate patient records and reports
· Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
· Current knowledge of treatment practices
· Drive to continually learn and grow
· Professional behavior
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills
