  • Deliver internal compliance awareness and training initiatives across teams
  • Advise leadership on compliance strategy, regulatory developments, and risk management decisions
Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong regulatory expertise with strategic thinking, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • 5–10+ years of experience in compliance, IT audit, risk management, or security governance roles
  • Proven experience building and managing compliance programs, audits, and risk assessments
  • Strong knowledge of frameworks such as GDPR, SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and related standards
  • Experience coordinating and managing external auditors and certification processes
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable and practical business processes
  • Strong judgment with a pragmatic and business-oriented approach to compliance
  • Experience using compliance automation tools such as Vanta or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Preferred: experience in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, payments, or data-intensive environments
  • Preferred: familiarity with enterprise sales support, vendor risk management, and international regulatory environments (US, UK, EU)
  • Preferred certifications: CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO Lead Auditor, or similar credentials
Benefits:

This role offers a flexible remote setup alongside competitive compensation and strong professional development support.

  • Eligibility for employee equity and stock option plans
  • Home office and professional development reimbursement budget (up to $1,500)
