Position Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as an HR partner to organizational leadership and field operations, driving initiatives that strengthen culture, workforce effectiveness, and compliance across a multi-site environment. This role brings advanced expertise in employee relations, HR law, and organizational effectiveness to proactively identify workforce risks, lead complex investigations, and develop forward-looking HR strategies. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the HRBP operates with a high degree of autonomy and serves as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization.
Core Responsibilities
• Serves as a consultative partner to organizational and operational leadership on complex employee relations matters, organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
• Identifies systemic employee relations trends through data analysis and recommends targeted, scalable interventions to strengthen engagement, culture, and retention across multiple sites.
• Anticipates and proactively mitigates workforce and compliance risks before they escalate, applying professional judgment and a deep understanding of employment law and organizational dynamics.
• Champions continuous improvement of HR policies, practices, and procedures; evaluates and ensures alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational precedents.
• Leads complex employee relations investigations with independence and objectivity, including matters involving discrimination, harassment, policy violations, and workplace conflict.
• Prepares well-reasoned responses to charges of discrimination or harassment in collaboration with HR leadership and legal partners.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on federal and state employment law, including FLSA, FMLA, EEO-1, ADA, and Affirmative Action requirements.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Five or more years of progressive human resources and employee relations experience in a multi-site organization, with demonstrated ability to operate independently on complex matters.
- Advanced knowledge of employment law including FLSA, FMLA, EEO-1, ADA, and Affirmative Action; ability to apply legal knowledge practically and advise leadership with confidence.
Final compensation will be based on relevant factors including work experience, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
