Position Summary
AMG is seeking Independent Contractor Medical Examiners to perform Compensation and Pension (C&P) disability examinations and occupational health evaluations. This position involves conducting comprehensive medical assessments, generating high-quality reports, and ensuring timely documentation in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This is a flexible, part-time contractor role with competitive fees in a supportive clinical environment.

Requirements:Required Qualifications
- Professional degree: P.A., N.P., M.D., or D.O. from an accredited institution
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine)
- Valid and unrestricted state medical license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers
- Ability to conduct comprehensive physical examinations and functional assessments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report generation
- Proficient with secure EMR systems and HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience conducting C&P examinations or federal medical evaluations
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local occupational health standards
- Experience collaborating with administrative and clinical staff to ensure report accuracy and timeliness
Timeliness & Quality Standards
- Ensure all medical reports and documentation are submitted within required deadlines
- Maintain accuracy and completeness in all reports to support disability determinations and occupational health assessments
- Adhere to federal guidelines, protocols, and ethical standards for examinations
