This role sits at the intersection of deep engineering expertise, AI systems design, and high-impact client engagement. You will work directly with enterprise engineering teams to help them build, deploy, and scale production-grade applications powered by an agentic AI platform. Acting as both a technical architect and hands-on mentor, you will guide customers through complex system design challenges while ensuring they achieve production readiness and long-term technical self-sufficiency. The role requires rapid adaptability across unfamiliar tech stacks, strong distributed systems knowledge, and the ability to translate advanced AI concepts into practical engineering solutions. You will lead workshops, pair with developers, and influence architectural decisions in real time. This is a highly dynamic, customer-facing engineering role where your impact is measured by the success, stability, and scalability of customer deployments.

Accountabilities:

Lead technical workshops, deep-dive sessions, and hands-on training for customer engineering teams
Mentor developers through pairing, architectural guidance, and proof-of-concept development
Rapidly understand customer systems, architectures, and codebases to provide immediate technical support
Guide the design of multi-agent AI systems, focusing on orchestration, context engineering, and semantic data flows
Support customers in building safe, production-ready applications with strong guardrails and policy frameworks
Advise on system reliability, scalability, and deployment best practices, including SRE and DevOps principles
Collaborate on environment setup, container orchestration, and production hardening strategies
Act as a technical bridge between customers and internal product/engineering teams
Run office hours, architectural reviews, and ongoing technical enablement sessions
Ensure customers progress toward technical independence and production ownership

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with distributed systems and modern software architecture
Deep understanding of agentic AI systems, LLM orchestration, context engineering, and multi-agent frameworks
Experience designing AI safety mechanisms, guardrails, and evaluation/testing frameworks
Strong proficiency in JVM-based languages (e.g., Java) and distributed computing concepts
Experience with cloud-native systems, including Kubernetes and containerized deployments
Solid understanding of SRE principles, system reliability, and production-grade architecture
Ability to quickly learn new frameworks, programming languages, and technical domains
Experience in technical consulting, developer relations, engineering enablement, or mentoring roles
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead technical discussions with enterprise teams
Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Native-level or highly fluent English communication skills
