Valuations Analyst (Future Deal Team Analyst)

We are looking for a valuations analyst to join our growing team, with the opportunity to transition to a principal investment role in the Lower Middle Market investment group. We are looking for someone that can bring their attention to detail, strong work ethic and organizational skills to our team and organization. We are searching for a self-starter with a positive attitude who will focus on getting the job done in an efficient and effective manner in a deadline sensitive environment.
This position will be engaged as a member of the corporate accounting and finance team primarily assisting with the quarterly valuations of investments in our portfolio companies. This role offers the opportunity to further develop valuation/finance skills, in addition to general accounting and analysis skills. Assuming strong performance consistent with expectations, this position will have the opportunity to transition to a principal investment role in the Lower Middle Market investment group within 24 months (subject to personnel needs and performance).
