Social Media Specialist

This role is responsible for shaping and executing engaging social media strategies that strengthen brand visibility and foster meaningful audience engagement across multiple digital platforms. Accountabilities:
  • Design and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and organizational goals
  • Identify target audiences and tailor content to maximize engagement and reach
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on integrated campaigns and initiatives
  • Create, curate, and publish high-quality content including text, images, and videos across platforms
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice while ensuring compliance with guidelines and standards
  • Schedule and manage content calendars using social media management tools
  • Monitor performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights
  • Conduct A/B testing and recommend improvements to optimize engagement and conversion
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Strong content creation skills with a passion for storytelling and digital engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Basic video filming and editing skills
  • Strong creativity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
