This role is centered on shaping the visual identity and performance-driven creative output that drives player acquisition, engagement, and retention across gaming experiences. You will lead the creation of high-impact visual assets used across user acquisition, social media, and store marketing channels, translating gameplay features and audience insights into compelling, conversion-focused design. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will partner with creative strategy, marketing, and product teams to continuously test, refine, and evolve visual approaches. Beyond execution, you will help define scalable design systems and elevate creative standards across the team. The role also combines hands-on design leadership with mentorship, supporting the development of other designers through feedback and guidance. - Create high-quality visual assets for user acquisition, social media, and store marketing channels, aligned with gameplay and campaign objectives.
- Translate creative strategy, player insights, and product features into impactful and engaging visual solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution of visual direction by developing scalable design systems and supporting creative experimentation.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of visual craft across all deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand and performance goals.
- Use market trends, campaign data, and creative research to inform design decisions and uncover new opportunities.
- Provide mentorship, feedback, and guidance to other designers, helping elevate overall team performance.

- Strong experience in graphic design, marketing design, performance creative, or related fields with a proven track record of high-quality output.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital campaigns, ads, social content, and gaming-related creative assets.
- Ability to translate creative direction, gameplay elements, and audience insights into compelling visual storytelling.
- Excellent understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, composition, branding, and cross-platform best practices.
- Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments with multiple concurrent priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Experience in gaming, mobile, or performance marketing environments is highly valued.
