Lead operational excellence across multiple fertility clinics in Western Australia.
Are you an experienced healthcare operations leader looking for a role where you can make a real impact? At City Fertility, we are seeking a State Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinics in WA, ensuring seamless patient experiences and driving continuous improvement.
This position is a hands-on operational leadership role embedded in our clinical IVF environment – please note this is not just a desk-based position. You will be responsible for the operations of your state, visible across each of our sites and working closely and collaboratively with senior clinical leaders and frontline teams to deliver operational consistency, compliance and excellence.
What you will doReporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will:
- Execute state-based operational business plans aligned with national strategy.
- Lead and manage multiple clinics to ensure optimal operations, specific to performance and patient outcomes.
- Directly manage key state personnel, including Patient Services Manager, Director of Nursing (Day Hospitals/Procedures) and State Nurse Managers.
- Collaborate with National Managers across HR, Finance, Compliance/WHS and Marketing for integrated service delivery.
- Monitor key performance metrics, including patient billing and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with ART regulations and NSQHS standards.
- Champion a process-driven approach to operational management and continuous improvement.
- Extensive experience managing healthcare operations, preferably in IVF, Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) or specialist medical services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
- Solid understanding and expertise in Medicare billing and clinic performance metrics.
- Familiarity with ART, NSQHS standards and regulatory compliance.
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
