Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Services / Care Coordinators to deliver high-quality, client-centred services.
- Oversee daily rostering and scheduling to ensure consistent, reliable service delivery for clients and Caregivers.
- Ensure responsive, professional communication with clients and Caregivers, resolving issues within appropriate timeframes
- Monitor team performance, provide training and support, and contribute to ongoing development and performance reviews
- Maintain accurate records and manage compliance across client management systems, payroll inputs, and invoicing processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by contributing to process enhancements, reporting, and a positive, high-performing team environment.
About you
- Proven experience in rostering, with strong knowledge of the SCHADS Award, preferably within the aged care and/or disability sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and motivate a small team to achieve outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and deliver exceptional customer service to internal teams and clients.
- Technically capable, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and the ability to quickly learn new systems and interpret data.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Adaptable and resilient, maintaining a calm and solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
