What is my role?
This role supports Brixton's apparel and printable tee business by working across various systems to complete data entry, system maintenance, and administrative responsibilities. This role is responsible for coordinating pre-production samples and providing system support across the production business, ensuring accurate data flow and timely movement from development through approval.
What You'll Do
- Partner cross-functionally with Brixton, product development, planning, and logistics to align account priorities with internal execution.
- Enter customer orders into the business system upon receipt.
- Create and enter standard cost sheets.
- Enter domestic production cuts and upload production cut tickets to Unity.
- Manage systemic revision updates as needed.
- Support the Manager, Production with daily follow-up activities, including updating production reports, monitoring the production time-and-action calendar, and entering pre-production sample requests.
- Maintain accurate item, style, and vendor data across business systems to ensure data integrity.
- Reconcile order quantities, costs, and delivery dates between systems and source documents.
- Generate and distribute routine production and order status reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on sample, approval, and shipment timing.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience with strong, accurate typing skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word, and comfortable learning new software systems and tools.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Inventory experience is a plus
