Compensation:

$125,000 - $185,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients through the home buying and selling process with confidence and clarity.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Show properties and provide insightful tours that highlight the unique features and benefits of each home.
  • Collaborate with our team to create and implement effective marketing strategies for listings.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide expert advice.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth process for clients and team members alike.

Qualifications:
  • Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to shared goals.
