  • 15+ years of relevant technical experience in systems engineering or architecture roles
  • Active Secret security clearance (required)
  • Active Security+ certification or higher
  • Relevant cloud or computing certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS, Microsoft platform architecture, or equivalent)
  • Extensive experience with Azure cloud environments
  • Strong expertise in ICAM technologies and platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Ping, CyberArk, Radiant Logic, Saviynt, BeyondTrust, Xage, Microsoft identity solutions)
  • Deep understanding of ICAM standards, protocols, and federal/DoD architecture requirements
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale architecture solutions in government or highly regulated environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex system alternatives
  • Experience working in Agile environments and contributing to iterative delivery cycles
  • Excellent communication skills for technical documentation, briefings, and stakeholder engagement
  • US citizenship required and ability to meet federal clearance requirements
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range: $255,000 – $345,000 (based on experience, location, and contractual factors)
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, holidays, and parental leave
  • Paid family leave benefits (up to 160 hours for eligible employees)
