This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Architect Senior Manager based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic business architecture initiatives and shape the future of AI-powered product innovation within a large-scale enterprise environment.
The Business Architect Senior Manager will define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps while driving alignment between business objectives, technology capabilities, and customer needs.
You will lead a team of business architects, foster collaboration across functions, and guide the development of innovative AI solutions that create measurable business value.
This position requires a strong combination of strategic leadership, business architecture expertise, and technical understanding of emerging AI capabilities.

Accountabilities:

The Business Architect Senior Manager will lead business architecture strategy, oversee AI product portfolio development, and guide cross-functional teams in delivering solutions aligned with organizational goals. This role combines strategic planning, product leadership, team development, and innovation management to drive measurable impact.

  • Lead and develop a team of business architects, providing mentorship, guidance, and support for professional growth and performance.
  • Define and execute AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Drive the development and evolution of AI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology capabilities, and user experiences.
  • Partner with technology teams to evaluate feasibility, build-versus-reuse decisions, and scalable solution approaches.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as a subject matter expert, representing product strategy and business architecture initiatives.
  • Lead discovery, experimentation, and validation activities to test assumptions and identify effective solution directions.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, reuse, and improvement while maintaining strong business architecture and design principles.
  • Evaluate business and service impacts when making strategic decisions and recommend approaches that maximize value.
  • Develop and implement innovative techniques and processes to accelerate AI transformation initiatives.
  • Establish performance indicators and measurement frameworks to evaluate product effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
  • Promote consistent customer and employee experiences across business areas through scalable and reusable solutions.
  • Support portfolio management, operational effectiveness, and strategic adjustments to achieve business outcomes.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in business architecture, strategic product leadership, and AI-driven transformation initiatives, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead high-performing teams.

  • 10+ years of professional experience in business architecture, product strategy, technology transformation, or related fields preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
  • Experience leading strategic initiatives involving artificial intelligence, digital transformation, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business architecture principles, product strategy, and technology alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product visions, roadmaps, and strategic priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with technology teams to assess feasibility, architecture decisions, and solution approaches.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing professionals.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience driving innovation, process improvement, and scalable business solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence across multiple teams and organizational levels.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for team meetings and business collaboration.
  • Experience with AI strategy, business architecture, strategic leadership, and enterprise transformation initiatives is highly valued.
