Senior Sales Enablement Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to strengthen a growing sales organization by creating impactful enablement programs that improve seller performance and accelerate business growth.
You will design, organize, and deliver training initiatives that help sales teams build confidence, knowledge, and effectiveness.
Working closely with sales leaders, operations teams, and subject matter experts, you will develop resources that support onboarding and continuous learning.
The position combines strategic thinking, content development, and program coordination in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
You will play a key role in improving sales productivity, reducing ramp time, and ensuring teams have the tools needed to succeed.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist will support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of sales enablement programs that help teams perform at their highest level. This role requires strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into effective learning experiences and sales resources.

  • Develop a strong understanding of products, solutions, and customer value propositions to support the creation of sales enablement materials, training content, and resources.
  • Support the development and delivery of structured onboarding programs, including new hire training, e-learning experiences, mentorship initiatives, and performance assessments.
  • Coordinate ongoing reinforcement programs to ensure sales teams retain knowledge and apply training concepts effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to gather information, update materials, and maintain accurate, relevant enablement content.
  • Organize, maintain, and manage sales training resources to ensure materials remain accessible and up to date.
  • Partner with sales leadership and operations teams to monitor enablement effectiveness, analyze performance insights, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with additional enablement initiatives, learning projects, and sales productivity programs as needed.
  • Contribute to building scalable processes that improve onboarding efficiency and seller readiness.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience supporting sales enablement, learning programs, or instructional initiatives, with strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams in a dynamic environment.

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting sales onboarding and training programs through virtual, in-person, and self-paced learning formats.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, sales roles, and the needs of revenue-generating teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience creating, organizing, or maintaining training materials and enablement resources.
  • Proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
