This role focuses on creating impactful learning experiences that help customers and internal teams maximize the value of innovative software solutions.
The Training and Enablement Specialist will design, deliver, and optimize training programs across multiple formats, including live sessions, eLearning, videos, and written resources.
You will play a key role in improving product adoption, customer engagement, and long-term client success.

The Training and Enablement Specialist is responsible for developing scalable training strategies, delivering engaging learning experiences, and continuously improving enablement resources to support customer success and business objectives.
- Design and deliver live virtual training sessions and webinars for diverse customer and partner audiences.
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to create tailored training programs aligned with client needs and business goals.
- Develop engaging self-paced learning materials, including eLearning courses, instructional videos, support documentation, one-pagers, and communication campaigns.
- Manage and prioritize internal training requests, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact learning resources.
- Analyze training engagement data, attendance metrics, and participant feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership regarding content development, training effectiveness, and process enhancements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product updates and ensure training materials reflect the latest features and improvements.
- Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, Technical Support, and other teams to align enablement initiatives.
- Track and report on training KPIs, content usage, and progress toward goals.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve learning experiences and increase product adoption.
The ideal candidate has experience in training, instructional design, customer enablement, or related fields, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment.
- 2+ years of experience in training, instructional design, customer success, enablement, or a related role.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for varied audiences.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence presenting to large virtual groups.
- Experience using virtual training platforms such as Zoom Webinars or similar tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Comfortable analyzing training metrics and using data to improve learning outcomes.
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline or Rise) is preferred.
- Experience with video creation and editing tools such as Camtasia or Loom is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer information and requests is beneficial.
- Background in HR technology, Human Capital Management (HCM), enterprise SaaS, or similar industries is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience preferred.
