About the Role:
The HR Services Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources operations within a manufacturing environment. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices applicable to the manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience managing HR teams and delivering HR services in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and data analytics tools.
- Demonstrated success in leading change management initiatives within manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and their impact on workforce management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR services team to deliver comprehensive HR support including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with federal, state, and local labor laws and manufacturing industry standards.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic HR solutions that drive employee engagement and retention.
- Oversee HR data management and reporting to ensure accuracy and support decision-making processes.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities and promote continuous improvement within HR services.
