Accountabilities:
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to develop and execute people strategies that support business growth, customer success, and operational excellence.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on organizational change, talent decisions, workforce needs, and business transformation.
  • Support Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and other customer-facing or revenue-generating functions with tailored HR strategies.
  • Build organizational capability through workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Coach leaders to create high-performing, inclusive, and engaged teams where employees can grow, contribute, and perform at their best.
  • Lead key talent processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation planning.
  • Translate complex business and people challenges into practical, scalable HR solutions that strengthen organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner with global and cross-functional stakeholders to support transformation initiatives and ensure alignment across diverse teams and cultures.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience partnering with senior leaders in commercial, customer-facing, or revenue-generating organizations.
  • Proven experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, or similar functions within a global business.
  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment is strongly preferred, with enterprise software or broader technology industry experience also valued.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of subscription-based, customer-centric business models.
  • Demonstrated success in organizational transformation, talent strategy, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational design.
  • Experience operating effectively within global, matrixed organizations and collaborating across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, coaching, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Knowledge of U.S. and LATAM employment law is preferred; broader international HR experience is an advantage.
  • A pragmatic, accountable, collaborative mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and turn business priorities into effective people solutions.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary of $150,000–$170,000 USD.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Remote working opportunities.
  • Paid time off.
  • Opportunity to influence people strategy across global commercial and customer-facing teams.
  • Exposure to a fast-paced SaaS environment with significant organizational growth and transformation opportunities.
