Job Title: Guest Server
Reports To: General Manager/Assistant Manager/ Shift Leader
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.75 / hour (including tips)
Must be available to work nights and weekends.
Summary: We are looking for individuals who start with a smile and warm welcome, authentically listen to guests needs, serve award winning Mexican food with pride, and end with a sincere thank you in a "Fast Casual" restaurant.
