Job Description
Bill Howe started AM/PM Sewer & Drain Cleaning in 1980. Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas
- Follow-up on all pending and recommended work with customers and their technicians
- Learn the Plumbing/ HVAC/ Restoration business and participate in training to develop call-taking skills
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Telemarketing / Call Center / High Volume experience
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
- Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).
Environmental Conditions:
- Climate-controlled Office setting.
The pay range for this role is:
18 - 24 USD per hour(San Diego)
