About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of electronic and computer systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Valid work authorization to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Install new hardware and software components as required, ensuring compatibility and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent on each task.
• Collaborate with the technical support team and escalate complex issues to senior technicians or external vendors when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during all technical operations.
• Assist in training store staff on basic equipment usage and troubleshooting procedures.
