The Role

We're looking for a Welder Trainee to join our production team. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to learn a trade and build a real career – no welding experience required. You'll train directly under one of our experienced welders, and work your way toward becoming a skilled, independent welder on our production floor.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

What You'll Do

• Learn hands-on welding techniques and equipment operation under direct mentorship.

• Assist with material prep, part handling, and basic fabrication tasks.

• Practice reading blueprints, work orders, and taking measurements.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Build toward independently meeting production welding standards.

What We're Looking For

• No experience necessary – we'll teach you everything you need to know.

• A strong work ethic and genuine willingness to learn.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to take direction and feedback well.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.

• High school diploma or GED preferred; welding coursework a plus.
