Ready to shape the future of how people access transit? As the Manager of Fare Pass Programs, you’ll lead the development and evolution of fare pass products, identify new opportunities to increase ridership and participation, and turn innovative ideas into effective programs. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine strategic thinking, creativity, and operational leadership to grow UTA’s fare pass offerings and deliver value to customers.

As the Manager of Fare Pass Programs, you will:

  • Lead the administration, implementation, and ongoing management of fare pass programs.
  • Support fare revenue growth through employer, educational, government, and community programs fare programs by ensuring effective program delivery, partner support, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee pass program administration, contract management, invoicing, and program compliance while ensuring exceptional service delivery to partners and customers.
  • Focus on providing outstanding partner support, creating new pass programs, and supporting initiatives that increase transit ridership and program participation.
  • Supervise a team, providing leadership, coaching, and operational oversight to ensure business objectives, revenue targets, and customer service standards are achieved.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE:

· Four years of professional experience in business development, account management, partner relations, sales, customer support, program administration, or a related field. Experience developing strategic partnerships and growing program participation and revenue is highly desirable.

· Minimum two years leading and supervising employees.

EDUCATION/TRAINING:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing or a related field.

Pay Rate: $92,700.00 or more, depending on experience
