ISAT Total Support /Tomarco is a leading provider of seismic engineering consulting services and the related products and hardware used for nonstructural seismic bracing and the support of Mechanical, Electrical, and Piping systems. Our focus is geared toward building utility systems within the commercial and industrial construction markets. Our primary focus includes, but is not limited to, HVAC, mechanical, piping, distributed electrical systems, plumbing, process piping & fire protection contractors.

Headquartered in Southern California, ISAT also has offices in Northern California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Georgia, North Carolina, Chicago, Atlanta, New Zealand, New York, Texas, and Puerto Rico. Additional expansion is expected.


We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Specialist to join our corporate office. This full-time, on-site position plays a key role in supporting daily billing operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service for both internal teams and customers.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to manage invoicing, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain strong financial processes. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION

  • Generate accurate sales orders and invoices, ensuring precision in all transactions.
  • Track completed orders without purchase orders and collaborate with Sales and Customers to process invoices.
  • Maintain and update accurate data in accounting systems, including Sage and Laserfiche.
  • Create and maintain forms, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
  • Assist sales representatives and customers with billing inquiries, providing custom reports and timely responses.
  • Follow up on open orders to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Complete administrative and office management duties as assigned by senior management.
  • Prepare, review, and issue accurate customer invoices based on purchase orders and delivery documentation.
  • Ensure all billing is completed in a timely manner in accordance with company policies and customer agreements.
  • Maintain and update billing records in the accounting system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in coordination with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities by ensuring all invoices are accounted for and posted.
  • Generate and distribute billing reports and summaries as needed by management.
  • Assist in process improvements and the implementation of best practices in billing procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation to optimize productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least two years of billing experience in a professional setting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with Sage, Laserfiche, or similar accounting software is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills to address inquiries effectively
