Summary:

Keltec is seeking a results-driven Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing and finished goods processing operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing production, manufacturing, driving efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards in quality and safety.

This leader will play a critical role in a fast-paced, private equity–backed environment, balancing day-to-day execution with continuous improvement initiatives and long-term operational strategy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects ofmanufacturing and finished goods processing operations
• Lead, develop, and mentor production supervisors and plant personnel
• Drive production efficiency, throughput, and on-time delivery performance
• Establish and monitor KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Ensure quality standards are maintained across all stages of production
• Champion a strongsafety cultureand ensure compliance with all regulations
• Partner with supply chain, distribution, and leadership teams to meet business goals
• Optimize labor planning, workflow, and production scheduling
• Identify process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and operational efficiencies
• Support andleveragesystems (ERP, reporting tools) to improve visibility and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience inmanufacturing or plant management
• Proven leadership experience managing production teams and supervisors
• Experience infinished goods processing and high-volume manufacturing environments
• Strong background inprocess improvement(Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies preferred)
• Experience working in afast-paced, private equity–backed or high-growth environment
• Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
