Are you a hands-on finance leader who enjoys making an impact in a small, collaborative organization? We are seeking a Director of Finance to oversee all financial operations, provide strategic guidance to leadership, and ensure the organization's financial health and compliance.

This position will lead and manage a two-person Finance Department, providing day-to-day direction, coaching, and oversight while remaining actively involved in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
• Sage Intacct experience preferred
• Experience leading and developing staff
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

What You'll Do:

• Lead the organization's financial strategy and operations
• Manage and mentor a two-person finance team
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and forecasts
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, audits, and compliance activities
• Partner with executive leadership to support business growth and decision-making
