Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Dispatcher to join our dynamic team in Columbia. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering HVAC and commercial equipment parts and tools to various job sites, assisting in the warehouse with organizing parts, and supporting technicians on job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive a box truck to deliver parts and materials to customers, construction sites, and other locations.
• Load and unload parts and materials safely and efficiently.
• Operate a forklift to move heavy items in the warehouse.
• Use a manual transmission to navigate through heavy traffic.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely delivery and handling any customer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Complete delivery records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Experience in route driving and courier services.
• Proficiency in operating a forklift and other heavy equipment.
• Ability to operate a vehicle with a manual transmission.
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and schedules.
