You will also contribute to strengthening the organization’s Business Architecture discipline through reusable frameworks, standards, and best practices.

Accountabilities
  • Translate enterprise PBM strategy and program objectives into structured business architecture artifacts, including capability maps, value streams, and outcome models.
  • Support program intake and planning by clarifying scope, assumptions, dependencies, and expected business value.
  • Evaluate solution approaches through capability and value-based analysis to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.
  • Identify capability gaps, sequencing considerations, and cross-program dependencies that impact execution and outcomes.
  • Define and support tracking of program-level outcomes and success measures aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Partner with business, technology, UX, data, process engineering, and change teams to ensure aligned execution and design.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams to maintain shared understanding of intent and outcomes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve scope conflicts, overlaps, and dependency risks.
  • Contribute to Business Architecture standards, templates, and reusable assets across the organization.
  • Maintain and enhance capability inventories, value streams, and architecture knowledge repositories.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Architecture, Enterprise Transformation, Strategy, or Process Design roles.
  • 5+ years of experience within the healthcare industry, preferably in complex regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to translate high-level strategy into structured, executable business designs.
  • Experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Strong background in collaborating across business and technology functions in enterprise settings.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing leadership at various organizational levels.
  • Solid understanding of capability modeling, value streams, and enterprise operating models.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
Benefits
  • Comprehensive health benefits coverage.
  • Referral program with employee incentives.
  • Strong opportunities for career growth and advancement.
  • Exposure to large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives in healthcare.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional work environment.
  • Opportunity to shape and mature Business Architecture practices.
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and expertise.
