Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations of the wet plant, including screening, washing, dewatering, and conveying processes

- Lead and coordinate a team of operators and technicians to ensure production targets are met

- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental regulations

- Maintain quality control standards for processed sand to meet customer specifications

- Optimize plant processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability

- Document operational data, prepare reports, and communicate progress to management

- Assist in training staff on operational procedures and safety practices

Skills and Qualifications:
